Candidates entering this pipeline will be pre -vetted against standard clerical, office machine operation, and technical classification benchmarks, ensuring immediate eligibility for rapid deployment when government requisitions go live.

Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to agency managers, departmental staff, or program directors.

Manage high -volume data entry, records processing, document imaging, and digital archiving with a high degree of accuracy.

Answer, screen, and route inbound phone calls, managing digital correspondence and calendar scheduling without operational friction.

Prepare, edit, and format official agency reports, memos, spreadsheets, and public -facing correspondence.

Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems in strict compliance with public record maintenance protocols.

Assist the public, agency clients, or vendors by providing straightforward, professional information and resolving routine inquiries.

Experience:<\/b> Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an administrative support, clerical, data entry, or office management role (public sector or state agency experience is highly preferred).
