Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced transportation and logistics environment. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and office staff
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist visitors professionally
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Enter and update data in company systems
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate office activities
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, and general office reporting as needed
- Support compliance and recordkeeping requirements
- Prepare reports and maintain confidential information
- Communicate effectively with employees, drivers, vendors, and customers
Preferred DOT-Related Experience
Candidates with transportation or logistics experience are encouraged to apply. Relevant DOT experience may include:
- Maintaining Driver Qualification (DQ) files
- Tracking Commercial Driver's Licenses (CDLs)
- Monitoring medical cards and expiration dates
- Processing DOT compliance documentation
- Managing vehicle registrations and permits
- Maintaining Hours of Service (HOS) records
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
- Previous administrative or office support experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- DOT, transportation, logistics, or fleet administration experience preferred
- Demonstrated job stability and strong work history
