QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent, some college preferred or administrative office experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience as an administrative secretary, with a minimum of three (3) years in public education setting preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, detail-oriented, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), calendar management tools, project management software, and other office productivity and technology tools (efinance, eSchoolPlus, Applicant Tracking System, and Laserfiche).
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience managing complex schedules, overseeing projects, and facilitating high-level communications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative in resolving issues and improving processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative working relationships across departments and campuses.

$51,982/CP-9
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the 2026-2027 school year.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Support daily operations through effective communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, newsletters, and other materials.
- Prepare, maintain, and review reports and data.
- Assist with budgeting, purchasing, reconciliation, and monitoring of expenditures.
- Coordinate and support projects, meetings, compliance activities, and district initiatives.
- Maintain confidential employee and student records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support district, state, and federal compliance and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with departments, campuses, and stakeholders to provide customer service and operational support.
- Assist with planning and coordinating departmental and districtwide events and activities.
- Maintain office operations, records management, workflow coordination, and administrative procedures.
- Demonistrate professionalism, adaptability, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Superintendent.
