Holliston High School is looking for an organized and personable School Counseling Secretary to join their team. This central role serves as a vital point of contact for students, faculty, and the community, ensuring the smooth daily operations of the counseling department through scheduling, communication, and meticulous data management.
Responsibilities:
Calendar & Communication Management:
Event Coordination:
Student Support & Liaison Services:
Maintain student enrollment data and the school honor roll.
Coordinate scholarship opportunities and community involvement programs.
Act as the primary liaison to the online collaborative program.
Administrative Operations:
Manage department mailings and maintain student records and data.
Perform other administrative and supportive responsibilities as they arise.
Requirements:
Public School employees of Massachusetts are required to submit their fingerprints to a National Criminal Database check. The check will require you to pay a fee of $55 if you hold an Educator’s License, or $35 if you are an unlicensed employee. In addition to the national background check, a satifsfactory Massachusetts Criminal Record Check (CORI) is required.
