Job Title: 11 Month Secretary
Job Summary:
The School Secretary position ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the office so that the office’s maximum positive impact on the education of students can be realized and provides assistance to administrators, school staff, students, and the community.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bilingual Preferred
Evaluation:
The performance of this job will be evaluated at least annually by the Principal or designee in accordance with the Board’s policy on the Evaluation of Personnel.

Terms of Employment:
This is a full-time, 11-month position covered under the Collective Bargaining Agreement in the secretary/clerical category. Compensation is hourly, with pay and benefits determined by the Board of Education.

Physical Demands:
Frequent sitting and standing for extended periods. Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 50 pounds. The position requires bending, kneeling, and reaching overhead.
