As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to a senior leader within our Sales organization, helping drive organizational effectiveness, navigate competing priorities, and enable seamless execution across a fast-paced, global business. You will play an important role in supporting a team at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation.

This is an office-based position at our headquarters in Santa Clara, CA, where on-site presence is essential to supporting the business and leadership team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted partner to a senior Sales leader, helping maximize leadership effectiveness and ensuring priorities are executed efficiently.
Manage a highly dynamic calendar, exercising sound judgment to balance competing priorities and align leadership time to the most impactful business objectives.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, executive meetings, presentations, and communications with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.
Partner across teams and functions to drive communication, coordination, and execution of annual planning activities, special projects, and business initiatives.
Anticipate shifting priorities, proactively resolve challenges, and create structure within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Support the planning and execution of leadership meetings, team events, and organizational activities that foster engagement, collaboration, and culture.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and operating rhythms to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant community to share best practices, coordinate priorities, and ensure a seamless experience across leadership teams.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting SVP-level leaders.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven experience supporting complex calendars, executive travel, meetings, and business operations with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
Resourceful, adaptable, and proactive, with a track record of anticipating needs, solving problems, and driving work forward independently.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, expense management systems (e.g., Concur), and calendaring tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within a high-growth sales, technology, or cybersecurity environment.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
