High School Diploma / GED
Prefer college hours or an Associate's Degree
Experience:
At least four years of related experience

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in relieving assigned professional staff of clerical work and minor administrative and business details.
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence, and respond independently when possible, providing callers with general information and assistance.
- Answer and return phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards the customer and ESC staff.
- Greet scheduled and unscheduled visitors in a welcoming, professional manner, inform the appropriate staff member of the visitor’s needs, and conduct visitors to the appropriate individual or place.
- Organize and maintain adequate office supplies and equipment for the department.
- Complete the workshop cycle tasks, including monitoring and tracking online registrations for assigned workshops, processing fee payments, and maintaining virtual folders.
- Prepare materials, including handouts, notebooks, book orders, etc.
- Communicate regularly with assigned professionals to organize and prioritize project tasks.
- Provide assistance as approved by the supervisor to assist other administrative assistants in the Center for Curriculum Services in order to complete projects/tasks within timelines.
- Proof weekly time accounting for all administrative assistants.
- Work collaboratively with all ESC staff in serving the customers of Region 7 ESC.
- Complete Curriculum Services' monthly reports, as assigned.
- Assist with conferences, as directed.
- Assist with travel arrangements for supervisors and specialists.
- Scan all department paperwork and maintain the S:drive for the Curriculum department.
- Maintain assigned budgets.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
