Job Title: Elementary and Middle School Summer School Secretary
Reports to: Summer School Administrator on site
Salary: Position hourly rate will be paid at the current hourly rate of successful candidate(s) rate of pay
Position Summary:
The Summer School Secretary is responsible for communicating with and providing customer service to students, parents, staff, community, and/or outside agencies or vendors to meet district needs; performing a wide range of office tasks (telephone, on-site reception, filing, distribution of materials, etc.); preparing and processing a variety of documents, invoices, orders, etc.; processing a variety of district, state, and/or federal documents; and inputting of data into computer (student, financial, and budget).
Dates:
Prep & Set-up - June 22-25
Summer School Session - June 29 - July 30, 2026 (Monday-Thursday)
5.0 hours per day from 7:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
4.0 hours after school hours on July 30
