We’re looking for motivated college students who want more than “just a summer job.” This is a hands-on opportunity to learn teamwork, communication, problem-solving, customer service, and leadership while working outdoors alongside a supportive team. What You’ll Do:

• Drive a company vehicle to active job sites serving the surrounding Indianapolis Area

• Distribute door hangers to surrounding homes

• Represent ALL IN Painting with a professional and upbeat attitude

• Log your route and report basic updates to our team

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who isn’t afraid of rejection or the occasional grumpy neighbor ????

• A self-starter who can work independently and stay organized

• Friendly, respectful, and comfortable talking to people when needed

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

What You Get:

• $15 to $18/hour based on experience

• Company vehicle and gas card provided during work hours

• Flexible schedule (16 - 24 hours/week)

• Great experience in marketing, branding, and community engagement
