The Senior Executive Assistant (Sr. EA) provides high-level administrative and operational support to members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), including direct support to the President and CEO of Swedish, within Providence Swedish’s Central Puget Sound region in Seattle, WA.
This is a fast-paced, highly visible role requiring strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to proactively manage competing priorities across multiple executives and enterprise initiatives. The Sr. EA functions as a strategic partner, enabling leaders to operate at scale, stay focused on organizational priorities, and drive execution across a complex health system.
The Sr. EA supports two or more senior executives (Chief- and/or VP-level), operates within a team-based model providing shared coverage across the Admin team, and collaborates closely with other assistants and administrative partners. This role includes regular exposure to the CEO, close partnership with Chiefs, and significant involvement in Board-related work and system-level initiatives, and operates with a high degree of autonomy.
