Administrative Assistant
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help maintain a professional, efficient office environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, support clients and staff, and contribute positively to overall office success.
LOCATION: Vancouver, WA
SALARY: $21-$24/hr. DOE
SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm

Client Interaction: Build relationships through scheduling, follow-ups, and post-project check-ins.
Hands-On Learning: Gain exposure to estimating, operations, safety coordination, and business processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate weekly with clients regarding upcoming schedules
Monitor and assign incoming customer support tickets
Post to social media weekly
Assist CEO on job sites with detailed estimates (notes, photos, and data entry)
Follow up on estimates via phone and email
Prepare and print job site folders
Manage OSHA bags and PPE inventory
Track and manage company and office inventory
Coordinate monthly safety meetings
Maintain and update company-wide issues list
Conduct post-project client satisfaction check-ins
Input and maintain daily logs
Assist with printing company apparel
Support general administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of administrative or office support experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail, especially with data entry and documentation
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Comfortable working both in an office and occasionally on job sites
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position involves both office and occasional field work environments. Must be able to stand, walk job sites, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Work may involve exposure to outdoor conditions during site visits.
