We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join a growing financial services company. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, including basic office duties, light administrative tasks, data entry, and customer service responsibilities. This position offers the potential for transition to a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform basic office duties and administrative tasks
• Handle light data entry and manage customer service inquiries via phone
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Assist with document preparation and filing
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Prior administrative experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a 5-panel drug screening and background check
• Open credit check required
