Provides complex administrative support functions to the department/leadership in assigned area. Requires a comprehensive knowledge of hospital policies and procedures. Is a good critical thinker and can function independently, making sound judgments within scope of duties while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all customers both internal and external.
Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and two to three years of previous work related experience. Proficiency in MS Office required: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint. Bilingual preferred. Work requires communication skills needed to frequently answer telephone calls and work with multiple interruptions and still sustain positive communication.
