Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Position Summary: The Office Manager oversees all daily office operations, including patient admissions, coordination and distribution of information, and management of communication systems to ensure efficient workflow and seamless organizational support.
Position Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED required; minimum of one (1) year of related administrative or clerical experience in a professional setting preferred. • Demonstrated experience performing administrative and clerical support duties. • Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of integrity. • Professional and courteous phone demeanor with the ability to communicate in a positive and effective manner. • Ability to interact effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and team members. • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an automobile in good working condition with current insurance coverage that meets state and organizational requirements, including liability, property damage, and bodily injury coverage. • Must comply with employee health, infectious disease, and vaccination policies of Bluegrass Care Navigators. • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile in good working order, that is insured in accordance with state minimum requirements. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Knowledge of hospice care regulations, standards, and requirements for service delivery.
