DSHS’s Home & Community Living Administration (HCLA) WCF is hiring a key team member now to assist as we move toward the full implementation of the program. The innovative work that you do now will aid qualified people and their authorized representatives to apply for and access their earned benefits that help pay for daily-living activities. Join our team as an Office Manager in Tumwater, Washington. In this role, you will report to the Benefits & Customer Care (BCC) Field Operations Manager and serve as the Benefit & Customer Care team's Office Manager for the WA Cares Fund Division within HCLA. The position provides support services for BCC operations, business requirements and services, management functions, coordination of facilities, workstation set-up and/or modification telecommunication services, wireless device services, inventory management, purchase requests and coordination of vehicle reservations.
This position works collaboratively with the Benefits & Customer Care Administrator, and Deputy Administrator, Field Operations Manager and WA Cares regional Office Management staff to develop and improve programs, facility needs, and administrative functions for efficiency.
