Team Kelli Lang is looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help support the marketing and promotion of our real estate listings, events, and brand presence across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both creative and administrative work, and loves helping a team succeed.

- Market all new real estate listings following the marketing task checklist in Nekst
- Coordinate and send seller updates throughout the life of each listing
- Create and publish social media content for listings and team branding across: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
- Design marketing materials in Canva, including: Social graphics, Flyers, Postcards, Open House materials, Print and digital marketing pieces
- Create and manage Mailchimp email marketing campaigns
- Market Open Houses
- Create, update, and maintain email and text templates inside Follow Up Boss CRM
- Manage geographic farming campaigns and neighborhood marketing
- Coordinate postcard marketing campaigns
- Help maintain and update website content on our website using Squarespace through Ylopo
- Assist with branding and marketing consistency across all platforms
- Support the team leader and administrative team with additional marketing projects and tasks as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience with Canva required
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
- Experience with Mailchimp, Asana, HootSuite, Follow Up Boss, Squarespace, or Ylopo is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow systems and checklists
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving ability are a plus
- Real estate marketing experience is preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable working in the office and collaborating with a team daily
