Pay rate: $28 to $32/hr, depending on experience
The Administrative Assistant will provide functional operational and administrative support to the Vice President and Chief Information Officer within the Products/Services department. This department is responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support core business operations and drive organizational growth.
The person in this role must be able to interact with all members of the LSAC community, including executives, upper-level management, business partners, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, calm, resourceful, and efficient. This position requires a professional demeanor, sense of urgency, results-focus, technology competence, and the ability to keep sensitive business information strictly confidential.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative support and a variety of functional projects and tasks to support the work of the VP and CIO. The position may occasionally assist other team members and senior leaders in other departments.

This role does not have people management responsibilities.
Position Type
This role is a full-time position with a standard work week of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. ET. The position may require overtime or weekend work.
Work Environment
This job operates in a remote and professional office environment. Whether remote or in-office, this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
