Our client, a growing Federal Integrator, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in Mclean, VA.

About The Job:

  • Provide high-level support to senior executives
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate travel
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and respond to emails on behalf of executives
  • Prepare meeting materials and manage expense reports
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and executive priorities

About You:

  • 5+ years of senior-level administrative or executive support experience
  • Proven experience supporting multiple high-level executives simultaneously
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with a "no task too small" attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with discretion handling sensitive information

About The Position:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
  • 100% onsite in Tysons, VA
