HERS Advisors have partnered with a large, full-service law firm who are looking for a seasoned Litigation Secretary to work in their West Los Angeles, California office (hybrid). The Litigation Secretary will provide support to firm’s managing partner, executive director, and general counsel.

Requirements for Litigation Secretary:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years’ litigation experience in a law firm setting is required
• Requires knowledge of e-filing in the state and federal courts, calendaring, trial preparation, table of authorities and table of contents
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook required. Excel and PowerPoint a plus
• Knowledge of document management systems such as iManage a plus
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, and other office procedures and terminology
