Executive Assistant / Office Manager

You’ll serve as the heartbeat of the office, partnering closely with the Co-Founders while helping shape the infrastructure of a company from the ground up.
Location: San Francisco (Onsite)
Compensation: $80–90K base + incredible benefits
The Role: You’ll operate as both Executive Assistant and Office Manager – supporting leadership while building and owning the day-to-day operations of the office. This is a highly visible, high-impact role where no two days look the same.
The Industry: Early-stage tech startup building a truly groundbreaking product.
The Executives: Visionary, fast-moving Co-Founders building something from zero to one.

The Day-to-Day:
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for Co-Founders
- Support office operations—supplies, vendors, and overall environment
- Coordinate meetings, team events, and internal logistics
- Assist with travel, expenses, and ad hoc executive needs
- Help build processes and systems from scratch as the company scales
