Summary:This temporary Human Resources Admin position is an in-person role working Monday–Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The work schedule is flexible, with a preferred workload of 32–40 hours per week. The role runs until July 31st.
The main responsibility of this role is supporting pre-employment and onboarding processes for all departments. This includes tracking onboarding progress and making sure all required paperwork and online forms are completed before employees begin work. This HR Admin will work closely with HR advisors and hiring managers across the organization.
Responsibilities:• Aid in the recruitment process for new employees.• Perform E-Verify and I9 verification. • Assist with the onboarding of new hires.• Maintain accurate records and documentation.• Provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:• Minimum age of 18 years.• Must have reliable transportation to and from the employment location.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.• Basic typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.• Self-motivated with a willingness to take on new challenges with enthusiasm.• Successful completion of a background check.
