We are looking for a C<\/span>ustomer Service/Community Manager<\/span><\/b> t<\/span><\/span>o support current office users and inquiry from potential customers.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
This person will conduct office tours, explain product offering, pricing and handle membership signups and payments.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/div>
Sort and process mail and packages into customers' accounts. <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/div>
Update activity logs, databases, and mailing lists. <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/div>
Maintain conference room booking calendar, restock supplies.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/div>
Maintain a clean, comfortable workspace, including light duty cleaning of the workspace.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
The person will ideally rotate between 3 locations in the South Tampa area and 2 downtown locations.<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
<\/div>
Office schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm or 10 am - 6pm. The person will be considered as a Part -Time employee as well. <\/span><\/span> <\/span> <\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>
Good verbal and written communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li><\/ul>Good general computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing and various online applications<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li>Must have excellent customer service skills <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li>Reliable transportation to work.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
