What You’ll Do:

• Assist the department in overseeing daily accounting office operations
• Support month-end closing processes, financial reporting and account reconciliations
• Monitor schedules, receivables, payables, and general ledger activity for accuracy and compliance
• Review and maintain dealership transactions, including vehicle deals, funding and inventory accounting
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements, company policies, and accounting procedures
• Assist with audits, floor plan reviews, documentation and internal control processes
• Supervise and support the accounting office staff while promoting accountability and teamwork
• Partner with dealership leadership to improve operational efficiencies and reporting accuracy
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure timely processing of accounting functions

What We Seek:

• Proven luxury automotive dealership accounting experience as an Office Manager or senior level accountant
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes and financial reporting
• Experience with dealership management systems (CDK or Tekion)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail
