Job Duties:
Provides confidential administrative support to the Program Manager and coordinates daily office operations for the Performance and Quality Improvements (PQI) and Economic Stability (ES) section.
Prepares, reviews, proofreads, and distributes correspondence, reports, meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and other administrative documents while maintaining organized filing and recordkeeping systems.
Coordinates meetings, workshops, conference calls, travel arrangements, travel authorizations, reimbursements, and rental car reservations for PQI staff.
Serves as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, mail, and requests for information, responding to inquiries and directing communications to appropriate staff.
Maintains office equipment, inventory, directories, calendars, and property control records, including conducting annual physical inventory and coordinating telecommunications Prepares requisitions, processes invoices and payments through SRM, and maintains records related to office supplies, equipment, postage, and operational expenses.
Provides payroll and human resources support for PQI staff by tracking attendance and leave, maintaining payroll documentation, auditing time entry reports, resolving payroll issues, and assisting employees with payroll and benefits-related inquiries.
