The Maintenance Administrative Assistant will assist with administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.
Responsibilities
- Assist manager with administrative functions such as payroll, timekeeping, record keeping.
- Maintain project documentations.
- Take department meeting minutes and ensure follow up on pending items.
- Request quotes from vendors and service providers.
- New vendor submittals to the accounting department.
- Open new vendor accounts.
- Complete purchase orders with vendor accounts.
- Reconcile phone bills
- Order supplies and maintain inventory par levels.
- Maintain and update communication boards for the department and any other methods of communication
- Other duties as assigned by the leader
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma. Some college courses preferred.
- 2- 3 years administrative experience.
