Corporate Administrative Assistant
The Corporate Administrative Assistant is responsible to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Reports to Sails Washington Executive Director. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs and administrative activities. This is a full time hourly non-exempt position. This position works in person at the Lynnwood office.
Corporate Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
● Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
● Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
● Reports, compliance, track data and maintain documents.
● Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, text and in person.
● Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
● Provides information by answering questions and requests.
● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
● Perform other related duties and assignments as needed.
● Supports Director with scheduling, birthdays, and anniversaries
● Helps create monthly SAILS WA newsletter
● Supports with follow up to team on compliance tasks and responses
● Plans meetings and takes minutes
● Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
● Develop and maintain a filing system
● Update and maintain office policies and procedures
● Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
● Maintain contact lists
● Book travel arrangements
● Submit and reconcile expense reports for Executive Director and follow up with Washington team for expense reports
● Provide general support to visitors
● Act as the point of contact for the office

Education and Experience Requirements

● 3 years of administrative assistant experience
