The Company Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, logistical, and personal support to ensure the efficient operation of both professional and select personal matters. This role requires discretion, adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working closely with an executive and their family-related needs.
Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with a high degree of accuracy and foresight
Serve as a primary point of contact, effectively communicating with internal staff, external partners, and personal contacts
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate and prioritize tasks across business and personal matters, adjusting quickly as priorities shift
Support scheduling and logistics related to family obligations as needed, demonstrating an understanding of family dynamics and boundaries
Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues independently, and maintain composure in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations
Maintain organized records, files, and schedules to ensure seamless daily operations
Demonstrated resilience and professionalism when navigating challenging or high-expectation environments
Highly versatile with the ability to pivot between tasks and responsibilities with minimal guidance
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate clearly, tactfully, and effectively
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with proven scheduling proficiency
Ability to build trust and maintain positive working relationships across professional and personal settings
Comfortable supporting an executive whose role intersects with family commitments
Prior experience as an executive or personal assistant preferred
Monday through Friday
Core hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Flexibility required; hours may vary based on business and personal needs
Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience
