Reports To: Coordinator � Family & Community Engagement (FACE)
This position is funded with Title l, Part A and continued funding of this position will be based on the availability of Title l, Part A funds.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
- To provide clerical, administrative, and logistical support to the Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Coordinator as directed by the Director of Federal Programs & Family support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Knowledge of basic computer, keyboarding, and office productivity skills.
- Ability to organize materials, maintain records, and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with families, staff, and community partners.
- Bilingual communication skills preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Answer telephones, greet visitors, respond to inquiries, or route calls to appropriate personnel.
- Type and prepare correspondence such as letters, flyers, memos, reports, registrations, and forms using provided content and templates.
- Assemble and prepare materials for workshops, presentations, and family engagement sessions.
- Assist the FACE Coordinator during district and campus family engagement workshops and events.
- Deliver materials and supplies to campuses and district locations as needed.
- Maintain parent surveys, evaluations, and documentation from family engagement sessions.
- Prepare requisitions, purchase orders, and payment documentation.
- Submit and track purchase orders for equipment, supplies, and services.
- Operate standard school office equipment.
- Provide clerical and administrative support for family engagement activities and events.
- Create and maintain workshop registrations, sign-in sheets, and participation records.
- Compile and maintain records and documentation related to Title I family engagement activities.
- Maintain and reconcile the family engagement budget as directed.
- Coordinate logistical needs including room setup, supplies, refreshments, and childcare schedules.
- Assist families with workshop registration questions and access to district resources.
- Provide basic translation support for written materials and verbal communication during events, as appropriate.
- Attend district meetings, workshops, and training as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
