Position Summary:<\/b>
<\/p>
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Office
Manager<\/b> to oversee daily administrative operations. <\/span>This role is critical in supporting technical
staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining company compliance with
internal procedures and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
Manage
day -to -day office operations and administrative workflow
<\/li>Assist
President with all administrative functions
<\/li>Support
administrative staff
<\/li>Serve
as a liaison between technical teams, executives, and support staff to
ensure smooth internal communication
<\/li>Oversee
document control, records management, and correspondence tracking
<\/li>Maintain
company compliance with internal policies and external industry, legal,
and regulatory requirements
<\/li>Coordinate
office supplies, service vendors, equipment, and maintenance needs
<\/li>Assist
in onboarding and orientation for new employees, including workspace setup
and HR documentation
<\/li>Manage
calendars, meeting coordination, and internal event planning
<\/li>Support
proposal preparation, project setup, and contract documentation
<\/li>Implement
and improve administrative systems and processes to support efficiency and
productivity.

administrative duties as the job requires.

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/p>
Minimum
5 years of experience in office management, preferably within an
engineering, surveying, construction, or technical services firm
<\/li>Strong
organizational and multitasking skills
<\/li>Proficient
in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document
management systems
<\/li>Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
<\/li>Ability
to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
professionally
