Performs client satisfaction calls.<\/span><\/span>

Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve

Maintains client accounts and records of client
interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or
comments.<\/span><\/span>

Attends in -service training as required by
regulation.<\/span><\/span>

Adheres to all agency administrative and clinical

High school diploma or equivalent with at least three

Associates degree or equivalent with at least
