Responsibilities:
Provide strategic administrative partnership to Executives by anticipating needs, identifying operational gaps, and recommending process improvements that enhance leadership effectiveness.
Conduct thorough research and prepare executive‑level briefings, summaries, and talking points to support strategic discussions and decision‑making.
Monitor key initiatives and deliverables on behalf of Executives, ensuring timely updates, follow‑up actions, and cross‑departmental accountability.
Serve as a high‑trust liaison with senior leaders, partners, clients, and other stakeholders to support executive visibility, engagement, and relationship management.
Support the coordination of executive‑level committees, workgroups, or strategic forums, including preparing agendas, collecting materials, and documenting outcomes.
Track and synthesize information from multiple sources to provide Executives with clear insights, risks, and recommendations.
Maintain awareness of organizational priorities to proactively align scheduling, communications, and project coordination with leadership goals.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to drive alignment, remove barriers, and support successful execution of operational and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications You Must Have:
High school diploma or equivalent.
7+ years of relevant experience in office administration or administrative support role.
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
Highly organized, professional demeanor and communication, experience bringing teams together.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote and SharePoint Online), Travel and Expense Platforms (e.g. Concur), and Project Management Applications (e.g. Smartsheet or Microsoft Project).
Proficient knowledge of administrative practices including preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions and coordinating meetings, events and travel.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Extensive experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
Mastery of Workday or similar HRIS systems.
Certifications such as Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) are optional but beneficial.
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with teams.
Ability to develop solutions to moderately complex problems by applying experience and knowledge.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $33.38 - $45.90. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
