Administrative Assistant

Location: Englewood, Colorado 

Salary: $23-$29 per hour (DOE)

A dynamic Scientific Engineering firm is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its technical and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Coordinate office operations, including inventory, mail, and facility management.
• Arrange travel, schedule meetings, and assist with reporting.
• Maintain common areas and manage office errands.
• Support business operations and other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Team player with a strong sense of organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-growing environment.
• 1–4 years of related experience (entry-level candidates welcome).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; bonus for experience with tools like Daylite, Slack, or QuickBooks.
