We are seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will receive calls into the collision center, determine the nature of the callers business, and direct the caller to their destination.
This position will also be responsible for:
Scheduling appointments.
Managing the body shop receivables list.
Calling and checking on payments from insurance companies.
Sending emails to customers, vendors, insurance carriers as the repair process unfolds.
Communicating professionally and efficiently with customers, vendors, insurance carriers, and other employees to ensure repair process is moving along successfully.
