We are looking for a self-driven compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our Nursing Administration Team. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.

Shift:

• Full-time: 60-80 hours every two weeks.
• 8:00am - 5:00pm - Monday through Friday

• Responsible for office management to ensure effective, efficient workflow.

Principle Accountabilities and Essential Duties of the Job:

• Provide support for day-to-day operations, including support for clerical and miscellaneous services for all areas of the organization.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Be proficient in the development and creation of forms, contracts, policies, charts, graphics, databases, and other print media, etc.
• Manage meeting calendars and provide administrative support as developed between assistant and administrator.
• Order supplies and submit Maintenance and Housekeeping work orders as needed.
• Facilitate updates, revisions and approval for policies, manuals, standards, etc.
• Maintain documentation such as agendas, minutes, etc. for assigned committees and meetings.
• Run reports out of various data collection programs as directed.
