Supporting the General Manager, Rotary Mission Systems Australia, this role requires a confident professional with demonstrated experience managing complex and constantly changing diaries, coordinating travel and events, and balancing competing priorities. You will be solutions-focused, adaptable, and able to use initiative to anticipate and resolve potential issues before they arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities
- Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Plan and manage events and stakeholder engagements
- Provide high-level executive administration support
- Anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions
- Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Support executives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
