Responsibilities
- Receives, handles, and transfers phone calls and messages, and provides assistance and guidance to visitors.
- Responds to visitors and telephone inquires, assisting if possible or referring to the appropriate person or department.
- Takes complete and accurate messages when an appropriate person is not available and delivers promptly
- Coordinates the clerical activities of the department.
- Sets priorities and produces work by the established due date.
- Prepares reports, correspondence, or other written material, including typing and copying as directed and forwards to the appropriate area.
- Responds to correspondence not requiring the attention of designated staff member(s).
- Information submitted to the department is logged, processed, and/or forwarded in accordance with established procedure(s).
- Maintains files in an accurate, easily retrievable manner.
- Ensures that the office is maintained in an organized manner in order to ensure the needs can be met promptly and efficiently.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings and facilities.
- Coordinates meetings by coordinating schedules, reserving rooms, ordering supplies, taking minutes, or other duties as assigned.
- Maintains manager's appointment calendar.

- 3 years of clerical experience or two (2) years of secretarial experience in a customer service environment
