Salary: Building Level Support - Head Secretary (range $21.00 - $25.95/hour based on the 25/26 Salary Schedules and related experience)

Summary of Position:
Under supervision, to perform varied secretarial and clerical work functions; to take and transcribe notes using a computer and application software; and to do other related work as required. This position will work in the Front Office and will provide support to the building Principal, staff and students. A detail oriented person with previous experience using Infinite Campus Student Database, bi-lingual, and accounting experience would be helpful, but is not required.

Experience:
One year of experience performing general clerical functions, support position, registrar, and accounting experience.
Preferred Experience:
Infinite Campus, accounting experience, Microsoft Office software including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Publisher.
Education:
Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade, including or supplemented by coursework in typing, data entry, and business office procedures.
