The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to program leadership and medical staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is essential to maintaining efficient daily operations, coordinating communication and scheduling needs, supporting admissions and referrals, and helping ensure quality and compliance processes stay on track. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and independence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to program leadership and medical staff

Coordinate referrals, admissions, scheduling, and general office operations

Maintain organized and current records, agreements, and service documentation

Support committee meetings, reporting processes, and compliance tracking

Assist with client fund accounting and petty cash management

Provide coverage and support for reception and unit clerk functions as needed

Collaborate with nursing and operational teams to support staffing and scheduling needs

Complete additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High School/GED required
-
At least two (2) years of administrative support experience required

Proficiency in MS Word, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook required

The ability to prioritize projects, possess strong problem-solving skills, good research skills and attention to detail required
