We’re not looking for just anyone - we’re looking for the right person.
If you’re highly organized, naturally proactive, and take pride in creating exceptional patient experiences, this is an opportunity to step into a key role within a well-established, patient-centered chiropractic practice.
Our office runs on professionalism, trust, and genuine care. Team members tend to stay with us long-term because we maintain a respectful, drama-free environment where people are valued and supported. This position is only available due to the departure of a highly regarded team member.

The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position at the center of daily operations. You will be trusted to manage the flow of the office, support patients, and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Delivering a polished, welcoming experience for every patient
- Managing scheduling, phones, and front office coordination
- Handling payments, billing entries, and financial organization
- Assisting with reporting and operational tracking
- Supporting patient care, including occasional therapy assistance
- Taking ownership of office systems and continuously improving them
You won’t be micromanaged - but you will be expected to take initiative, solve problems, and think ahead.
We provide structured, one-on-one training and will also cover your certification as a Chiropractic Assistant, adding a valuable credential to your professional skill set.

- Values being part of a stable, long-term team
If you’re simply looking for “any job,” this likely won’t be the right fit.
If you’re looking for a place to grow, contribute, and be respected, we should talk.
