Business Office Manager

Grandview Rehab is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee the financial and administrative operations of our skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for managing billing, collections, resident accounts, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a nursing home or long-term care setting (required)
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing
• Experience with accounts receivable, collections, and resident funds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing systems (PCC required)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Oversee all business office functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and resident trust accounts
• Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing processes
• Maintain accurate census reporting and financial records
• Supervise business office staff and ensure workflow efficiency
• Assist residents and families with Medicaid applications and financial inquiries
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor collections, deposits, and revenue cycle management
• Collaborate with admissions, HR, and leadership teams
