We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Global Head of Capital Markets for the National Industrial & Logistics platform. This role is critical to ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within a growing business unit. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to leadership – helping manage schedules, streamline communications, coordinate travel, and handle administrative priorities that enable executives to operate at the highest level.
This position is based in Dallas, Texas, with an expectation of working in-office five days per week.

Assist in handling internal communications with brokers, ensuring they're well-informed about various updates such as research reports, event updates, new team members, cross-selling success stories, client updates, and industry-specific information.
Coordinate frequent internal market update calls and touchpoints with brokers and wider platform.
Qualifications
3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior executives in a corporate or professional services environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
