QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proof of high school graduate or equivalent; college credits with office skills training or equivalent business school training preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of administrative secretarial experience; experience in public education settings preferred.
- Knowledge of school district organization, operations and administrative policies, procedures and business practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Forms) required. Adobe and eSchoolPlus experience preferred.
- Effective verbal (receptive and expressive) and written communication skills, detail-oriented and ability to problem solve a wide variety of complex and confidential matters.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, multi-task numerous complex administrative activities and manage time with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions; ability to maintain emotional control under stress.

SALARY/PAYGRADE:
$38,788/CP-6
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Perform general secretarial duties including correspondence, filing, and phone activity.
2. Assist community, campus personnel, and district administrators with questions regarding student admissions, attendance, and student transfers.
3. Assist with training and support for campus registrars.
4. Assist in the preparation of department budget, perform recordkeeping tasks associated with the specific position, submit records for payment and create monthly audit reports.
5. Assist with processing files and communication with foster care and foreign exchange agencies.
6. Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
7. Process student transfer requests, input transfer data in the SIS and maintain a record of each transfer action.
8. Assist with maintaining files, collecting data and creating departmental reports at various points throughout the year.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Services
