St. Ann’s Community is currently looking for a full time Administrative Assistant for the St. Ann's Care Center located on the Webster campus. The primary purpose of your job is to provide office management, administrative assistance and secretarial support for the Director of Nursing, Nursing Departmental Management team, and St. Ann’s Care Center Administrator

Job Description:
Maintains “Appreciation Station” and track Caught in the Spirit cards including thank you notes
Weekly payroll of SACC employees including handling manual swipe forms
Make conference room reservations as required. Specify furniture and equipment set up as required.
Completes maintenance requests as necessary
Prepare financial transactions for Director signature
Produce designated reports by tracking, researching, compiling and word processing information.
Maintain designated Nursing/Administration files and records as well as inventory of various forms used at SACC
Maintain an inventory of essential office supplies. Order supplies internally as needed. Place orders through outside suppliers using appropriate procedures.
Complete daily tasks such as ordering name badges, uniform ordering, posting signs, etc.
Coordinate and handle special projects as required.
Maintain medical clinics, podiatry, dental, ophthalmology, audiology
Maintain breakfast schedule for leaders
Coordinate employee engagement events
Audit of call-ins, late ins and early outs for Director of Nursing
Assist with breakfast preparation
Serve as a member of the Peer Interview team
Coordinate with Administrative Supervisor for staffing needs
Assists and supports HIM Associate and Concierges
Assists with Department of Health surveys
Performs other duties as assigned by St. Ann’s Care Center leadership.
Candidate Requirements:
A.A.S. degree or equivalent from technical school with three to five years’ progressively responsible secretarial experience.
Must have sound knowledge of medical terminology.
Must be able to type min. 60 wpm.
Computer literate to include; Excel, Words, Spreadsheet, e-mail and calendar/scheduling experience required.
