Overview
Tippmann Construction is hiring a Field Administrative Assistant to support an active construction project in Fayetteville, AR. This is a 12-month, on-site role working out of a jobsite trailer alongside project managers, field teams, and subcontractors.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do

Maintain project files, logs, and records (digital and physical)

Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes

Draft emails and correspondence for Project Managers

Create and update spreadsheets (templates and basic builds)

Complete daily weather reports

Manage office equipment and maintain supply inventory

Update and manage contacts in Outlook
-
Assist with subcontractor onboarding (safety/compliance programs)

Help keep the job trailer clean, organized, and stocked

Support the project team with general administrative tasks
