Job Description:
Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, courts, financial institutions, and government agencies
Support attorneys with contract drafting, revisions, and due diligence materials
Maintain organized estate planning files and track deadlines
Assist with elder law matters such as Medicaid planning, long-term care planning, and related filings
Handle correspondence, billing support, and document management
Draft, format, and revise estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and guardianship documents
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience as a legal assistant or administrative assistant in a law firm
Legal Writing Skills
AI Proficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Clio Manage, CLEO, Google Drive, Westlaw, and similar legal and office software platforms is . (he is willing to train them on Clio manage, Westlaw or any specific law software)
