Executive Office Manager – Harrah’s & Tropicana Laughlin

As the Office Manager supporting the General Manager and Executive Team of Harrah’s and Tropicana Laughlin, you are the organizational heartbeat of two iconic properties. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations, support executive leadership, and help create a workplace where communication, efficiency, and service excellence thrive. Your work keeps the team aligned, empowered, and the guest experience elevated.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
- Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare documents for the GM & Executive Team
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary liaison between the GM, department leaders, corporate partners, and external stakeholders
- Office Operations: Oversee office workflows, maintain supplies, manage correspondence, and ensure a professional, organized environment
- Project Coordination: Assist with property initiatives, track deadlines, prepare reports, and support cross‑departmental projects
- Confidential Administration: Handle sensitive information with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism
- Guest & Team Member Interaction: Support guest relations and internal communications with warmth and Family Style Service
- Event & Meeting Support: Coordinate leadership meetings, team events, recognition activities, and property‑wide communications
- Problem Solving: Anticipate needs, identify solutions, and help the GM & Executive Team stay focused on strategic priorities
QualificationsWorking Hours
- Full‑time schedule with flexibility based on business needs
- Will include occasional evenings, weekends, or special events
Skills & Qualities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organization and time management
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and calm
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in office software and administrative tools
- Experience supporting executives or managing office operations (preferred)
