Executive Administrative Assistant
Jerry's Home Improvement is hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our corporate office team. This role supports Jerry's Value Mission of providing World Class Service for our customers by directly supporting our EVP of Stores & Merchandising and other Senior Leadership.
The Job
- Providing administrative support to the corporate leadership team by assisting with various tasks, working independently or collaboratively
- Duties include data entry, preparing reports, presentations and agendas, note taking, preparing executive material, and logistics support
- Scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong desire to help while being Courteous, Tactful, Diplomatic, Outgoing, and Friendly
- Positive, highly service-oriented attitude
- Excellent prioritization, organizational, time management, and both written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheet, and PowerBI with a demonstrated ability to utilize higher-level features across all of these applications
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant is a significant plus
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively across workgroups
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Compensation
- Hourly position starting at $50,000 per year, including overtime

Schedule
- Scheduled 40 - 45 hours a week, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed for special projects
- Typically works Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
