The Essential Functions of this position are:

- Welcome all visitors at the door, monitor visitors in the building and follow visitor protocol using Navigate360 platform.
- Communicate with both internal and external parties while maintaining a professional tone, language, for both oral and written communication.
- Create and disperse memos, schedules, etc.
- Manage calls to staff.
- Schedule various meetings/appointments including PPTs, observations, and visitor tours.
- Manage and monitor online calendar.
- Manage student information (e.g., parent contact, transportation, and district information) in Snowman software as needed, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Maintain timely attendance tracking for the students and staff.
- Input restraint and seclusion documentation into the state platform within 48 hours of incident.
- Assist instructional staff as needed (e.g., call parent to pick up sick student; call transportation company if bus is late).
- Assist with special projects.
- Provide administrative office support and backup when needed.
- Manage mail by checking mailbox daily, mail envelopes, packages as necessary (add postage, schedule pickup, etc.) and schedule deliveries, check for accuracy upon arrival and sign off.
- Manage office supply inventory through ordering, storing and budgeting.
- Maintain purchase orders for company credit card and manage orders for classrooms
- Attend meetings with supervisors and other administrative team members.
- Additional duties as required.
The minimum qualifications and requirements:
- 1-2 years’ administrative experience, preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Must meet all required state and federal background checks and pre-employment requirements.
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction and improve performance through management feedback.
