YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

As an Administrative Assistant, you start your day by answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and a friendly tone. You stay on top of emails and scheduling, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Whether it's organizing digital files or sorting paperwork, you keep everything in order as our receptionist. You prepare and polish up documents, reports, and spreadsheets, always with an eye for detail. REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in a related role
• 2+ years of experience using CRM software
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-player attitude
