Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Screen calls, emails, and requests, handling them when appropriate
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Assist with project management and track deadlines
- Handle expense reports and basic budgeting tasks
- Support event planning and logistics when needed
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
